What if I typed the wrong email address?

Are there any exchange rates?

All of our transactions are based on
Euro. If your credit card is based on another currency, your order total will be calculated according to the daily exchange rate on the date your card issuer processes the transaction.

Delivery time depends on the shipping option you selected. Once your order has shipped, tracking information will usually be available within 24 hours, and we will email it to you the next day.
